The Pelorus Trust is a charitable trust based in Lower Hutt which raises funds for charitable, philanthropic and sporting purpose.

Thanks to the Pelorus Trust, we have been able to host a number of Regional and National Climbing New Zealand competitions at our home gym, Hangdog Indoor Rock Climbing Centre.

In 2016, their support helped us take over 30 athletes to a competition in Wanaka. It was a fantastic trip for our team and enjoyed by many!

The Wellington City Council Talent Development Programme supports a number of talent development projects aligned to the national sporting organisations (NSO’s) and/or regional sporting organisations (RSO’s).

Managed by Sport Wellington, the programme works with the NSO’s and RSO’s to provide athletes and their coaches consultation with High Performance Sport New Zealand (HPSNZ) for development in a range of areas such as strength and conditioning, mental skills, personal development, injury prevention and rehabilitations, and nutrition
